We automatically collect information about how you interact with ManeMatch, including pages visited, features used (color previews, style swaps, face shape analyses), device type, browser type, IP address, and referring URLs. We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. If you choose to delete your account:

• Your account data, saved looks, and profile information will be permanently deleted within 30 days
• Photos uploaded for AI processing are deleted immediately after the preview is generated and are not included in long-term storage
• Payment records may be retained as required by law for accounting and tax purposes
• Anonymized, aggregated analytics data (which cannot identify you) may be retained for product improvement
